(MCLE) Let’s Talk About…Examinations Under Oath

Legal Aid Society of Orange County presents:

Let’s Talk About …

Examinations under oath

An examination under oath is one of the most useful tools available to insurers and when done right, can also be a help to insureds. An examination under oath (EUO) is a formal proceeding during which an insured, under oath and in the presence of a court reporter, is questioned by an insurance company.  Here is a chance to hear an attorney with years of experience answer all your questions at the same time you get MCLE credits.   Questions will be encouraged.

Speaker will be attorney  Stephan Cohn  (USD 1985)

Law firm of Berger Kahn

Introduced by Commissioner Richard G. Vogl (Ret.)
