Let’s Talk About It MCLE – How to Build a Successful Law Practice

Legal Aid Society of Orange County presents:
Let’s Talk About:
How to build a successful law practice

Highly educated professionals sometimes make the mistake of simply thinking that in essence hanging a sign that says “open for business” is all they need to do to attract clients. There is a difference between being an attorney in business and running a business which happens to offer highly professional legal services. This speaker is passionate about aligning the brand, culture, and strategy of a business. Come and hear what he has to say.

Speaker will be Kenneth Bator, Consultant and author

Ken Bator has over two decades of experience in helping organizations to save money, to make money and to thrive. Over his career as a management and marketing expert he has served as an executive of three different financial institutions throughout the country and has assisted several small to medium-sized businesses to reach new levels of effectiveness and revenue. He has facilitated several training and strategic planning sessions for many organizations since 2001, and is a co-founder of the Police Officers’ Credit Union Conference. Bator has earned a BS in Finance and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from DePaul University as well as a Certificate in Integrated Marketing from the University of Chicago. His articles have appeared in many trade publications including The Credit Union Journal and ABA Bank Marketing. Bator is the author of books which he shall discuss.
