Let’s Talk About It – What to Look for in a Child Custody Evaluation Report
Legal Aid Society of Orange County presents:
Let’s Talk About:
What to look for in a child custody evaluation report
A befuddling child custody evaluation report has no value. Here is a chance for the new attorney to hear an experienced mental health professional who has an extensive career in preparing custody evaluation reports for the court talk about how specific the appointing order should be, and how to evaluate a report once it is received. Questions are encouraged!
Speaker will be Dr. Alan Liberman
Dr. Liberman is a licensed psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist. He is a member of the America Psychological Association and Association of Family and Conciliations Courts. He has published articles in the areas of parenting, blended families, interviewing children, and evaluating child abuse.
Introduced by Commissioner Richard G. Vogl (Ret.)
(“Let’s Talk” is a series of classes sponsored by the Legal Aid Society of Orange County and led by Commissioner Vogl. This series covers a variety of court issues and is for MCLE credit for lawyers, paralegals, and office staff.)
