About Recognizing Bias
[Counts towards Credit in Recognition and Elimination of Bias in the Legal Profession or Society]
We all have biases. Do you know yours? How can one prevent a bias from interfering with our decision-making? Are there ways to overcome a bias? Can having a bias be a benefit?
Here is a chance to secure the required MCLE credit on an important topic to all of us.
Questions will be encouraged.
Speaker will be James Armendaris
Mr. Armendaris is the coordinator of the Police Reconciliation office of the Orange County Human Relations Commission and will share with us his knowledge and observations.
Introduced by Commissioner Richard G. Vogl (Ret.)
