(MCLE) “Let’s Talk About” – January 26, 2016 – What the Court of Appeal Attorney Would Want You to Know About Brief Writing
Legal Aid Society of Orange County presents:
Let’s Talk About…:
What the Court of Appeal Attorney
Would want you to know about brief writing
Here is a chance for an informal discussion with the Senior Research Attorney for our local Court of Appeal. He reads the briefs for cases on appeal. What should a good brief contain? What are common mistakes? This is the chance to ask questions and learn.
Questions will be encouraged.
Speaker will be Attorney David Hesseltine
