About the Subpoena
One of the county’s most experienced family law lawyers will discuss the useful tool of using subpoena’s in discovery. When do you use a Subpoena Duces Tecum and when do you use a Witness Subpoena? Are there some techniques which will bring forth more information? How can you nail down evidence in the best possible manner? Here is a chance to hear someone answer all your questions at the same time you get MCLE credits. Questions will be encouraged.
