I am a Vietnamese native speaker and only speak Vietnamese. Over the last 30 days, I was under so much stress and anxiety because of my legal problems. I could not sleep, and I was constantly worried about what would happen to me and my family.

Everything changed when I finally spoke with Noha Gabra at Community Legal Aid, with Kate Anh Tran translating for me. They were both incredibly patient, kind, and professional. For the first time in weeks, I felt that someone truly understood my situation and cared about helping me.

Noha took the time to explain everything clearly, and Kate’s interpretation made it possible for me to fully understand my options in my own language. As soon as our conversation ended, I felt an enormous sense of relief. My anxiety decreased immediately, and I finally felt hopeful again.

The experience was excellent from beginning to end. Community Legal Aid provided me with the support, guidance, and compassion I desperately needed during one of the most difficult times in my life. I am so grateful for Noha Gabra and Kate Anh Tran for their dedication and outstanding service.

Tôi là người Việt Nam và chỉ nói được tiếng Việt. Trong suốt 30 ngày qua, tôi đã phải chịu rất nhiều căng thẳng và lo lắng vì các vấn đề pháp lý của mình. Tôi mất ngủ, luôn sống trong trạng thái bất an và không biết phải làm gì tiếp theo trong hồ sơ đòi nợ này.

Mọi thứ đã thay đổi khi tôi có cơ hội được nói chuyện với luật sư Noha Gabra của Community Legal Aid, với sự hỗ trợ phiên dịch của Kate Anh Tran. Cả hai đều rất tận tâm, kiên nhẫn và chuyên nghiệp. Lần đầu tiên sau nhiều tuần lễ đầy áp lực, tôi cảm thấy có người thực sự lắng nghe, thấu hiểu và muốn giúp đỡ tôi.
