Self-Help Center

The Compton Self-Help Center assists self-represented litigants with information on civil matters and information specifically needed for their cause of action. Self-Help Center staff can provide information packets, form preparation assistance, and legal information on a variety of legal topics. In addition, staff review completed court forms for completeness and accuracy and describe filing and court processes to litigants.

We offer on-site and remote services. The Compton Court Self-Help Center is located at 200 West Compton Boulevard, Room 200 F, Compton, CA 90220. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Monday through Thursday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. To reach the Self-Help Center by phone, please call 323-402-5120.
