Our representatives can address a wide variety of legal challenges, but not all of them. Sometimes we connect individuals to additional legal services needed to ensure their safety and security.

Expungement

Our expungement team helps clients remove barriers to employment and housing and restore driver’s licenses to increase self-sufficiency and long-term resilience.

We provide legal assistance in the following areas:

  • Record analysis or background check services to find errors or incomplete information in criminal records.
  • Expungement and sealing a criminal record available under the Penal Code or other provisions of law.
  • Employment or licensing barriers based on a criminal record.

  • Obtaining or regaining a valid driver’s licenses or identification card.
